Thats what i do. Especially for my Lupin vs Jigen/Zenigata Spy. I don't have the fedora so i have the fedora model replace my gibus, and i made the red fedora transparent. So Jigen/Zenigata spy wears a hat, and Lupin spy does not. Looks great on my screen!

Anyone wearing the gibus because they "want a hat" are way to desperate for a silly cosmetic item. As for wearing it because it looks good on your screen, you rarely even see yourself aside from taunts. Valve needs to make the gibus Halloween specific or just let us craft it into an actual good hat.

I like the Gibus :| Especially on the heavy.

I'll do one which follows the style of the larger image first, knowing it though, it will turn out to be a lot better.

After going through Daimao's Mod Emporium v9 and all of the TF2 Emporium editions, here's my compiled list of hats that I hope make it into the game: - Toque D'Flambage (the cooking hat) - Krazy Ivan's Battle Goggles - Sandvich Hat - Budenovka - Stylish Beret - Officer's Feldmutze - Patriotic Hat - Bucket Helmet - Safari Hat - WW2 Pilot Cap - Pyro's Jester Hat - Cuban Cigar (as a misc.) - Groucho Glasses (as a misc.) - Welding Mask - Patriotic Patroller - Technician's Toupee - Pyro Head Band (the flower one) - Brimless Bellhopper - Dirty Soda Jerk - Propane Crown

It would create a further divide between the haves and have nots. The true solution would be to release more free, all-class hats so people who don't have good luck could pick from more then just the Halo or Gibus, then you would not see 80% of TF2 players wearing just those two.

Bill's hat is pretty common too.

Good thing they get less common as time goes by. If any event hat is the least common it's the Bill's hat.
