Pyro should get a beak-ish type hat, his head shape and posture do look kinda 'birdish'. I mean, his halloween hat picture was a duck.

I've optimized the Zoo Hat to 800 poly (From 5000) and added better textures.
Hopefully they will now match your standards.
Animating hats will only work in HLMV. it wont work ingame. senerogoat can attest to this. That is all.

Nope, i forgot what i did wrong, what i was doing, was making everything in XSI Mod Tool 6, creating the material, importing the smd to milkshape, but i don't know what to do after that, i know i have to reassign a bone, but i got no idea how :P

I dunno why it didnt work, loaded up the model in HLMV and it rotated, put it on pyro, no rotating :(

Are you sure that in the .qc file and idle .smd that it wasn't still? if you can animate anything in tf2 you should be able to animate hats

Then after that you could parent the sticky bomb active particle effect so it looks like it's lighting up.
Something just occurred to me; can we replace models for base weapons - like scattergun, sniper rifle, etc? Stuff that you can't normally get from drops. I guess they would just throw in the new weapons with no -/+ stats.
