Maybe Hale won it in a fight with his giant fists of fury and is re-selling it under Mann Co.? Those Monks' kung-fu can't stand up to old-fashioned neck-snapping Australian fingers. But hey, their moves ARE still pretty neat, nonetheless. He's gotta' cash in on that somehow. And what better way to do that than to sell off some ridiculously overpriced (and somewhat ridiculous) yet effective products loosely based on what he learned from them? And may I emphasize "loosely". (Think of Jarate. Or is that Japanese? Whatever, Hale doesn't care.)
Well, the backstory is all up to you :P. I would however highly appreciate if you made some changes to the weapon other than just decorations, things that would make it look like a new flamethrower rather than the same old flamethrower with added decorations. That was one of the things I disliked about the backburner, it just looks like the old flamethrower with a decoration on it.

No, I mean in the actual program. Check the bone name and see if it has another name. If it does, change it to bip_head.
