I just noticed the my Equalizer replacement has 8840 polys which is more than the maximum. Is there any way I can use Milkshape 3D lower the amount of polys without destroying the UV map?

Is there a way to have one sound play throughout the map, instead of having it change when indoors/out?
I've tried having the same soundfile with the indoor & outdoor, but it restarts the sound.
Someone should make Demoman's beanie and eyepatch replace Gibus, just like one did the same thing with Soldier's helmet. It would look awesome on Scout or Soldier.

I tried. It came out badly. I could try again though.
Though it would be best to wait for his update, seeing as the scout uses the same pistol model.

Why? Are there mods important enough that we should be reminded of them forever?
I wouldn't do it anyway, since I've recently announced that due to the maximum image count only the mods of highest quality will be showcased per Emporium, much like Daimao's.
I know, I know, it's arguably unfair, but hey: now you've got something to contest for.

I don't know, it looks a bit too much like plastic. My suggestion would be to desaturate the color a tad bit, but keep the shininess, to make it look more metallic.

The texture is very much a work in progress. Once the colors are done, we'll mess with the phong.

Dude, the model was always there, it just wasn't textured right until recently.
I recently uploaded Valve's textures with butthurter's vmts, so just put the textures in tf folder (you should know where they go) and use the w_grenade_mirv model instead.
