Pretty sure the beak looks rather funny on the medic at all times unless you're not wearing a hat with it.
Perhaps you could make the sleeves slightly longer? If they were slightly longer, and covered slightly more of the hands, then it would cover that the hands looking somewhat big.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but as the viewmodels are now, you'd still need to edit the sleeves to get them consistent with the world model's 'thicker at the end' style, yes? While I'm on the fence on editing the hands themselves, the sleeves may need some tweaking either way.

Anything that involves touching the geometry of the viewmodel arms is probably not going to happen. Unless I'm wrong and there's only one file that would have to be edited, but when I looked into it last week there were arms for every viewmodel weapon, who knows what for the c_models, and I'm balls at compiling viewmodels. So like I said, unless there is some ridiculously simple way of going about it that I'm not aware of, it's really diminishing returns for me and I'm not willing to spend 20 hours on that kind of shit. People are just gonna have to put up with the lack of one extra beveled edge around the sleeves or modify it themselves, lol. I'm pretty particular about wanting things just right, but ugh.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and advice! I finally finished recording all 240 lines today and sent everything to a friend to help get the volume loud enough for in game and to reduce some noise and whatever else he sees needs fixing. I installed it myself for a quick test and everything seems to work except the knife taunts, which are present in the folder. Every other line works, and the other taunts work too, but I'm still getting original spy on my knife taunts. I'll have to look around and see if I've missed anything.

Thanks for testing them out as well, hopefully that's just a naming error or something on the knife taunts, but good luck with that. Tonight I did invun textures, gibs, and all that remains to be done here is a few texture touch-ups and getting those stupid medals to actually stick to her body and animate. Probably something wrong with the $bonemerge attachments, I'll look at it tomorrow. After that, just want to put together a release package with some promotional stuff, and it's ready to go. (it's has a good quality textures despite others, if you know what I meant) For the Invulnerable texture, you could add the yellow color of the Engie googles/Pyro mask to her glasses. Probably something from beta they left... You could add the glasses as a gib too. Dunno if it's possible...

Oh man, I was really contemplating doing yellow lenses on the sunglasses last night, but wasn't sure if that would be weird. It seemed like a cool idea, so I'll definitely go with it. Creepy dead eyes are on purpose, but they just happen to occupy more texture res space than some other parts due to the original layout. Not sure what's so weird about that, though.

Those are actually some pretty sweet ideas. Anyway, I'm at the point now where I'm testing things out in-game and troubleshooting bugs and other issues. There's a few things in particular that I need to figure out and deal with right away, like some crashing problems and also some puzzling weirdness with the team colors displaying wrong. If anyone is interested in helping me "beta test" the model at this roughly finished stage and report errors (or possible solutions lol) you come across, that will probably speed things up quite a bit. Send me an email at [email]chemicalalia@gmail.com[/email] if you'd like to help out with that. Preferably if you're actually serious about assisting with some bug reporting feedback. Oh, and the voice pack is in, minus possibly some kinks with a few lines.
I'd love to beta test, but I've got a guest here all next week, and I volunteered to drive her around, so my TF2 time will be minimal at best. ^^; Oh well. While Alia is on this topic, I'd like to ask for assistance with the voicepack as well. The kink she refers to involves the domination lines and lines which play upon many kills within a short span of time. These lines will not play at all with the pack installed (this means that the original spy lines don't play in their place either). Ian and myself are both at a loss as to why this is happening. If anyone's savvy enough with the game and its audio mechanics to lend a hand, please message me. Thank you very much, and good luck to Alia's beta testers!
