Chances are they left cosmetics removed from disguised spies is because it's an easy way to identify a cloaked spy. That said, it's still dumb it removes shirts/non head items.

Constructor, If i remember correctly (and please dear lord correct me if im wrong) but you agreed to texture the Heavy Tourism remake a month and a half or so ago?
Since i havent seen any progress since then and you havent responded to many of my messages (none recently), i would like to know if you are actually planning on doing it any time soon? because to be honest if you plan on working on it on a later date (a couple weeks or more from now id say), I'd rather just have you drop it so i can put it up for grabs again.

the shape overall was a bit lackluster, and the texture didnt look like an aloha shirt, more like a wooly tee or sweater

i made the cuffs flare less and instead seem thinner, the camera is identical to the old one though, the shoulders are much more defined, the collar shape is less sharp and a little flatter, though it curves more

It looks a bit like it's made of putty... I'm not sure if you've sculpted it or just have bad smoothing, but you should be using hard surface for models like guns.

Yeah ,might rework the zipper, it's not following the heavy's shape (or actually not ,since no ones seem interested by that concept)

Why do you even need that gradient? Demoman has no visible head hair which would require the beard to have a darker hue at the top in order to connect.
I would advice either to remove (or at least lighten) the gradient or leave it only on the sideburns. But even if you do not want to change it, keep the paintability.

I would advice to make another type of a fitting item. For example, a motorcyclist's jumpsuit, glove and/or boots would be great and fresh items to make.

Yea I don't put much effort into the descs since even in the chance the item gets in they won't add your desc, so I find them pointless imo
The vest isn't really that similar to the delinquents, only similarities I can gather are that they are both puffy jackets and have paintable sleeves, other than that they are pretty different, I'll try to make a comparison pic sometime
I'll see if I could try another kind of item to go with it

I guess it all depends on how well sculpted the normals are, and if there's flair to the shape instead of being straight.
worked out pretty well for the more subtle aloha shirts me and spark made back in 2013 if I dare say so myself

It's a beard of feathers that bushes out oddly at the bottom instead of conforming to his jaw line

Have you considered motorcycle armor / impact armor? There are tons of different styles and designs to draw inspiration from, ranging from full suits, to armored leather jackets, to vests.
