It looks more like soap bubbles than actual clouds.
Took the given advice, and here are the results.
- cloud shape has been altered
- occlusion is inverted
- the cloud has a gradient going from bottom to top

I'd lower the gradient, make it not so garish. Also the clouds shouldn't have any phong, rimlight only.

I removed the phong from the clouds, and I lowered the intensity of the gradient.

I'm seeing drastic improvements every time you post an update. It's awesome.
Right now the thing that makes it look the most odd is that it still looks like its comprised of a bunch of spheres. I would suggest adding indents and bulges to anything you identify as a sphere to make it more natural.

Definitely a very nice set, the only thing I really can mention is that the cigarette holder is going to look mighty silly with spy's default smoke coming out of the middle of the stick.
