No offence, but there's no way that you'll be able to claim something like this, until it looks presenting and if you show us along the way. I mean, look at your recent item:

The model is descent and I kinda like how you put animations in, but the texture make it look like such a letdown, which is a real shame. So, if you want to claim concepts like this, at least practice your texturing.

yeah, i have a lot of trouble with texturing. if blaholtzen will let me try it, then thats fine, but if he doesnt like my progress on it he can give it to someone else. I just want to try something, and im running out of ideas. I want to prove to you guys that am abble to follow critisism, but if i dont have anything to work on, then i cant do that.

The rocketlauncher seems to float and looks too light compared to how it should be.
While this is not TF2 related, I feel it's still worth mentioning here.
Valve has graciously stated that item contributors to any Valve game are able to claim a free Dota 2 TI5 contributor badge (which is valid as a full ticket, then some)
This means that anyone who has an item in TF2 can get a ticket if they so desire!

Does it work with the black box? I'd imagine so, but that kick near the front of the launcher may spell trouble.

I actually tried, but maya doesn't like the cow mangler's texture for some reason so it was largely invisible. I don't have time to solve it at the moment.

That or right click "transparency" in the material settings and click "unbreak connection".

Not really based on anything, just an old fashioned overcoat and a head wrapped in cloth. Glasses were added to the design so items that sit in his lens docks don't magically float and stuff. Might add a team-colored large brimmed hat to the set to kinda top it off, however I'm still debating on the style of the hat. The recent release of Bloodborne got me in the mood to draw an older styled coat, so i guess maybe that counts as an inspiration.
Okay okay. Please stick with me. i suck at drawing and this is still very early stuff. but i was thinking about this for awhile. So. i was thinking of a engie taunt where the engie takes out a modified Grenade pipe/ball and controls it with the pda. i did a basic pose of what i have in mind.

For a second I thought the mask was being based off of the Madness Combat series' protagonist Hank. Quite similar.

Honestly, there needs to be some Madness in TF2, and I think some classes could fit certain characters from the series quite well.
