Honestly, there needs to be some Madness in TF2, and I think some classes could fit certain characters from the series quite well.
Someone make a Tricky the clown set for Pyro. [editline]28th March 2015[/editline]
im going to be honest, this has no taunt value, its just another taunt doing random things in the midst of the battlefield
Ain't that's what all other taunts are?
The lightness of the launcher is noted, it's in my to-do. Here are variants with different lauchers, they seem to work fairly well: [
You can make the launcher look less light by adding more spins at a faster rate. The way the rocket launcher spins slowly up and around makes it appear light. If it moved faster and spun more it would imply momentum because of the weight of rocket launcher. If you threw an empty watterbottle in the air it would spin slower and less but a full one would spin more and at a faster rate. Hopefully that makes sense. Looks great.

And yes, this is a rough spline. This whole thing will be overhauled in the next pass.
All the launchers clip through his hand when he kicks it back up, and his hands look weird at about that time as well. And for the lightness as said above make the launchers spin more and maybe make Soldiers body move as if it was impacted when the launcher lands on him instead of it looking like a feather landing on him?
Probably the final version
Beard looks pretty rocking.
Guys, would it be a massive faux pas to re-rig all the revolvers in the game at current so that their reload animations actually make sense? Factoring in that I'd contact all the creators of the custom ones prior to doing so.

Looks great.
Actually that's a bit of a false statement, the heavy water bottle does spin faster but at the same time requires a lot more force to get said momentum, the spinning speed seems okay, it's just the body movements that need to show more of an impact force and more effort pushing it out (Force = mass x accelleration and all that jazz)

It's pretty simple but I attempted to add detail without making it look too cluttered.

I started making this poison bottle weapon for scout and sniper (it would work like mad milk and jarate). But do you guys think it would be better as a some kind of drink instead of poison. For example a wine or a scotch bottle. Btw the label is just a placeholder, my brother agreed to make the real one for me. Also, id imagine the poison doing double damage if the person currently has an over-heal. The whole point would be putting it on a person being healed to drop the over-heal to make it easier to kill people being pocketed.

Anyone got any ideas on how to get a clay/pottery texture that fits the TF2 style?
Working on something to go with the slushie... [t]http://manschitz.com/projects/tf2/preview_burgerboy.jpg[/t] I still haven't decided whether the Scout should be working at a burger joint, ice cream bar or soda shop. Let me know what you would like to see. I might create a few styles as there is plenty of options here. Since I'm going to make a few logos for this I'd like to give you a chance to contribute something in the form of either (fictional) brand names, that I'm going to incorporate, or logos. One logo will go on the hat, another one probably on the back of the shirt and there'll be different versions for Red and Blu. So if you have ideas let me know on Steam. I'm going to pick whatever I like best, work it into the design and you'll get a share, of course.
He looks more like a classical ballpark vendor there Kinda works regardless
You could do like paintable stains, so like you could paint it Australium gold and it would have yellow stains on his shirt or hat and it would imply mustard and such or you could paint it lime or orange to match the slushie you made I dunno...that way it wouldn't have to be attached to a certain occupation.
I don't see why you need to contact them if it's going to be a mod.
I was planning on submitting it to the workshop, with everybody who made the weapon models getting their due of the credits, of course. That's why I'm asking.
Fast Man's Fanny Pack
Why not something simple like the Belly Bag?
You could do like paintable stains, so like you could paint it Australium gold and it would have yellow stains on his shirt or hat and it would imply mustard and such or you could paint it lime or orange to match the slushie you made I dunno...that way it wouldn't have to be attached to a certain occupation.
I can already imagine people painting it white if it we're like that.

Just do it
Why not something simple like the Belly Bag?
Nobody's even claimed it yet, so I don't see the need for anyone to choose a name, I just put that as a title for the post.
Workshop images messed up for anyone else?
Taunt idea time! Chain of salute Private, what are you waiting for, salute to someone who knows more about fighting than you do (hell, because he said so)! Idea: Soldier starts shouting motivational speech (with hands behind his back, you know, that "Im the officer here" pose) using some of his voicelines like "Are you all trying for a Section Eight?", "Welcome to the United States of YOU JUST GOT DOMINATED!", "Get with the program!", "You are scum! You are nothin' but a buncha' cowards!", etc. and if other players want, they can salute him (maybe each class with a different animation?). Duration: My first idea was it to be an infinite taunt, so Soldier can stand for hours and players can salute to him for hours but I thought it might be infinite just from the Soldier's side. You know, he stands on the respawn, players can salute him and walk away (so infinite animation with looping responses for Soldier and classic 3 second or so taunt for other classes). Picture: [t]http://jesusfuck.me/di/EN92/chain-of-salute-1.png[/t] Suggestions/criticism appreciated (and it's also claimable of course). If this has already been done or it is really dumb, I'm sorry in advance, it just crossed my mind and I had a spare minute.
