The idea is actually really interesting, as long as it stays a Soldier only interact-able taunt (IE you can only get the taunt for Soldier but it works like High-five/Conga/et c). Maybe you should concept various different poses for him to take so it isn't stagnant and boring.
I don't see why you need to contact them if it's going to be a mod.
Courtesy. That, and people on any tf2 mod site would lose their shit if someone used content that wasn't their own. Damned if you do, damned if you don't it seems.

That looks more like a Nickelodeon logo than a cloud. Clouds aren't blobby, even in TF2. Find a bunch of reference images and use those.
I just want to know some tips on making hair cause I'm kinda lost on making it.

Hey guys, i just crapped this out. [T]http://i.imgur.com/RwtLxMt.jpg?1[/T] I want to do this for all classes, basically just takes their shoes off, if you're going for a primal look or something. Any crits would be appreciated, I'll actually try to pay attention to them.

Unless you're going for massive hobbit feet or a full on model change that might not work too well.

For other classes, you will have to model their feet to be bigger than their shoes, and I doubt that it would look very natural. There is also the fact that you can model the Pyro's bare feet, but if you do so, the entire Legion of Mystery-lovers (those who strictly keep their eye on mostly Pyro so no part of him/her can be ever seen, but sometimes others, such as the Spy, so he would never remove his mask) will break loose.
Well, do you at least think it's a good idea for Scout and Demo?
What's the reasoning behind them as items? The appeal? If you have an answer to that type of question, then continue, but they'd work much better if they had accompanying items so they weren't just "Scout/Demo without footwear".

'random' generally means something completely unfitting and without reason, but a mercenary taking off their shoes is hardly random. it's mostly just poor choice on their part for ditching footwear on a battlefield, and any class willing to lug around a cooler or a liquor crate is surely more than happy to ditch some footwear.
massive hobbit feet
Somebody get on this for SF2015
Reworked the concept completly And it's based on Blue Beard from the Fables comics/ Wolf Among Us game.
Unless you're going for massive hobbit feet or a full on model change that might not work too well.
Idk about that, most classes feet are really small so it would probably not look that weird, I even think scouts feet that goes with the flip flops are larger than his default shoe-feet. Heavy has flip flops already as well so that's probably gonna work out too, and i even saw some bare feet for soldier on the workshop the other day and those looked fine to me, found those as well as some others: so its totally doable, and probably only gonna be worthwhile if its a multi-class item (as it would presumably exclude pyro (unless you give him socks with toes))
Taunt idea time! Chain of salute Private, what are you waiting for, salute to someone who knows more about fighting than you do (hell, because he said so)! Idea: Soldier starts shouting motivational speech (with hands behind his back, you know, that "Im the officer here" pose) using some of his voicelines like "Are you all trying for a Section Eight?", "Welcome to the United States of YOU JUST GOT DOMINATED!", "Get with the program!", "You are scum! You are nothin' but a buncha' cowards!", etc. and if other players want, they can salute him (maybe each class with a different animation?). Duration: My first idea was it to be an infinite taunt, so Soldier can stand for hours and players can salute to him for hours but I thought it might be infinite just from the Soldier's side. You know, he stands on the respawn, players can salute him and walk away (so infinite animation with looping responses for Soldier and classic 3 second or so taunt for other classes). Picture: [t]http://jesusfuck.me/di/EN92/chain-of-salute-1.png[/t] Suggestions/criticism appreciated (and it's also claimable of course). If this has already been done or it is really dumb, I'm sorry in advance, it just crossed my mind and I had a spare minute.
Few changes, thanks for the suggestions. Soldier will walk around a certain area (or not around, just forward and you can adjust it like the conga), shouting something, hands behind his back and sometimes will smack his fist into an open palm (thanks Mr. Jelly, real cool, I was thinking also about raising hand in some kind of threating gesture). [t]http://jesusfuck.me/di/VSG7/taunt-ze-strany.png[/t] [t]http://jesusfuck.me/di/G1W4/taunt-svrchu.png[/t] Also got some ideas for class specific salutes but cant draw s**t (not even darn stickmen - will try tho) Scout - lazy salute, something like "yeah, whatever, soldier" Soldier - perfect salute Pyro - would first salute with his left hand, then realize his mistake and switch hands Demo - ending salute from Meet the Demo? Heavy - ? Engineer - would slightly jump into air before saluting Medic - perfect salute with a little stamp with his leg Sniper - ? Spy - http://i.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2008/WORLD/europe/07/01/france.shooting.resignation/art.french.army.afp.gi.jpg (other classes would do the "horizontal salute")
Doesn't really seem interesting enough for someone to want to put the effort into it, not that I'm an animator though, seems it would be more worthwhile to just have an all class salute taunt that didn't involve a pacing soldier. also seems weird for the classes to stand around saluting a soldier, seems more like something he'd only fantasize about himself

Something more in this direction perhaps, though maybe not as excessive as this example. that base color on the hat looks really bland(specially on red). if that was part of a uniform, i'd either match the color of the shirt or have some sort of pin/pattern. Also,
