Hi, I have been trying to create a replacement for the soldiers grenades. But for some reason its not showing up in the proper location on the model. Thank :D[/QUOTE] Your bone has some extra translations on them. I'm going to guess that you modeled the grenade replacement at world origin, then moved the prp_grenade_top bone to it?

It fits nicely into the league of other Sniper knives. I also made a kill icon and I've showed a silhouette comparison since like 90% of people were like "looks [I]exactly[/I] like the kukri" !?!?

If the grenade bone is still linked to the base character bone need to match its original transform values. El

I export the .dmx from SFM but in-game the character is just in regular pose, and if I load the prop, it goes into ref pose and the prop disappears when I try to preview the taunt... However, the duration of the taunt is recognized..
I had a similar issue. Clearing the custom folder alone did nothing for me to get it working. To get it working, at least on my end, I cleared the custom folder and then deleted the sourcesdk and VProject user environment variables. Next boot of TF2 the preview in the taunt importer worked properly (though the prop still disappears sometimes which is annoying). I put the VProject variable back afterwards so that HLMV would work and the importer didn't break again, so it may have just been the sourcesdk variable or something. Idk, i'm no tech support (but at least the importer preview works for me now!).

I am assuming you use blender. as for the rigging issue, i have no clue

Just for heads-up, I fixed the Alternate Color Schemes #4 that it had the Blind Justice model with no textures, I scrapped that because it wasn't working and I didn't really investigated well enough to fix it. The submission was already updated. Thanks to Omolong for the heads-up.
