Let me know if I'm wrong, but there should be tutorials that tell you how to import tf2 files with cgfscape and programs like crowbar. That includes the player models. After finding them with cgfscape it's as easy as using your modeling program to change up whatever you like.

Imagine setting the sai down on a table several thousand times all from different angles; everywhere that touches the imaginary table should have more prominent edge wear to it. places that would never touch the table would have much more subtle edge wear.
Now imagine rubbing dirt all over the thing, and brushing it off with your hands. All crevices where the dirt remains should be a bit darker, perhaps with a hint of brown.

Looks really good, but I don't like the pommel. I would suggest making it's texture match the blade and also maybe even go with a different shape (maybe this [URL="http://i1373.photobucket.com/albums/ag370/matt_little1/Metal-Octagonal-Black-Sai_zps83ed47aa.jpg"]one[/URL]).

There is indeed not too much of a skybox. However all those screenshots are taken from angles you would usually not see while playing the map. If you spectate and fly to higher areas it becomes noticable. I'm not sure if it would be justified to add more details that will be rarely seen but have an impact on slower computers since the skybox is rendered all the time. I'll look further into it.

I had the issue, it's something on valves end because they recently did an audit
Just email Angie about it, took me like 2 days to get fixed I think

You can't have the names between your first and last names anymore. Why? because Valve owns you and tells you what your name is now

Forgive me, i didn't research it, but both items are pretty similar. Fair enough if you look at things like hats which have a few similar designs, but weapon-wise i don't think they'd add it due to the sparse amount of weapons you see Valve add to TF2 when they could add something fresh and new.

If a nail bat is too similar you could just do a 2x4 with nails. I'd prefer the bat but it's an idea regardless
