Possibly the sounds and the transition from the finger cracking tot he neck cracking? That feels weird to me.

It seems like the animation was done with just a few key poses and no inbetweens, so he just kinda floats between the poses.
Taunt just moves entirely too fast, there should be a pause between the knuckle-cracking segment and the neck-cracking segment, and each neck crack should be more pronounced. The whole thing needs to last a bit longer, it's faster than like any ingame taunt.
At least, that's my opinion.

The taunt needs to be slowed down a bit. With that said, good work on it, JPRAS!

Pretty sure people can host their own, plus tf_grapplinghook_enable can be used in servers

Would you give Scout a hat that looks like Demo's Reggaelator? Would you give Spy a mask that looks like Engy's Hotrod? No, of course not.
It's unoriginal and uninteresting - that alone should be reason enough not to do it. But it's also mildly confusing and doesn't read cleanly on the character during battle, [I][B]or[/B][/I] in a player's backpack. Having two separate items that are for two separate classes and which are easily confused for one another is simply bad design.
There's nothing wrong with the item sharing the same basic concept, of course - it just needs larger differentiation or I don't see it getting accepted, is all.
Make the item's bp image flipped relative to the other hat, and take the shot on the Soldier's head. Bam, no backpack problems.
Also, if the hat (which does look different) is the reason you couldn't tell a Soldier from a Heavy, then maybe you should see an eye doctor. The only situation where that'd be excusable is if you only saw the top of his head, and that's a very rare situation.

Why would the Scout wear a cornrow wig and why would the Spy wear a welding mask
This is a fitting hat based on the same sort of headware but with a different execution (it's easy to see if you just look at them) and for a different class, and besides, we've got [URL=https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Fedora]these[/URL] and I don't see anyone complaining

I've been working on modeling a SOCOM pistol. This isn't nearly done (it's missing a flashlight and other details of the gun, a decent unwrap, etc), and I'm not really sure it can be made to fit in the tf2 universe, but let me know what you think all the same.
