I've been working on modeling a SOCOM pistol. This isn't nearly done (it's missing a flashlight and other details of the gun, a decent unwrap, etc), and I'm not really sure it can be made to fit in the tf2 universe, but let me know what you think all the same.

I would suggest giving it a different stock, maybe a normal rifle stock a la China Lake or maybe a folding stock since while it is visually different from the Loch (in my eyes at least), there might be some silhouette problems

Not sure if this is the cause, but your view model seems to have two muzzle attachments to the same bone, both with different coordinates.

That is super rad, but I'm not too big on the colors. Maybe try a few other palettes and see if something looks a little nicer?

And the loch n load is just a stock grenade launcher with 2 chambers instead of 6.
It seems different enough from the current grenade launchers imo.

Custom animations on this would be rad. Tossing aside the magazine and reloading a new one, the magazine physically moving to cycle in the next grenade (does it even work like that? it'd be cool if it did), that kind of shit. Thinking about the stock animations almost ruins the vibe I'm getting from it.
Here's something I've been working at the break neck speed of 4 months. Not because it was hard, but because I'm lazy. Concept was done by everyone's favorite sims_doc :v:

It's probably been suggested before, but perhaps you could make s version that fits where the Medic's pouch is.

Actually now that I think about it, the animation seems a bit too long. Perhaps have him say "lets go practice machine" instead (or shorten the phrase you are already using) and shorten the amount of time the syringe is held in the air.

Yes, I do intend to model detail into the sides. I've just been a bit nervous about doing so. The sides of the flashlight are complex, and I worry that it may end up cluttered and noisy. It's a little modern for tf2 (the socom was manufactured in the 90's), and so I want to be sure I don't go overboard on the detail so that it feels like it fits in tf2 and isn't too realistic for the game's standards.
