The sihoulette of that flamethrower is super small. It looks rather odd to me seeung as how the other ones are usually far more bulky.

it looks ready to be put on the workshop. that's just me, though.
It also looks like if you need THAT much heat shielding, your gun is probably likely to catch fire, or at the least will light other nearby objects on fire. :v:

The cubemap looks off. What are your vmt settings?
Looks like the cube map tint is at 255 255 255. I'd suggest lowering it to something more subtle like 100 100 100

How about changing the items to:
1) Cap + scarf;
2) Shirt + overalls;
3) Boots?
Currently, the cap looks similar to the Backwards Ballcap, and the hair alone doesn't make enough difference, so the scarf would probably add originality.
In fact, how about making a farmer's straw hat instead? It'll be both more original and fitting for the "farmer" theme.
The overalls, when equipped alone, remove a rather large portion of Scout's team colors; pairing them with the team-colored shirt would restore the balance.
In addition, you would be able to give the overalls a proper, stable shape instead of having to worry about making them compatible with other shirt items, since many of them extend below the Scout's default belt and, therefore, would always clip.
As for the boots, you should probably make them fully paintable. On the Brooklyn Booties, the paint can barely be seen, and Bootenkhamuns have no paintability at all, so your ones would make a great alternative.
Finally, I think that Valve won't like the opposite team colors on the scarf.

These values are only valid for the importer. They are converted to values between 0 and 1 when the vmt is created. So valid would be something between 0 and 1. Try $envmaptint [ .5 .5 .5] for starters.

Can you show us how does it look like with the lens facing away from the Spy? A secret agent would use a camera to make photos of documents or other people, not himself, since it may result in blowing his cover.
