Does anyone know if there are mods that remove botkiller heads?

I'm pretty sure that mod just makes them invisible, it doesn't remove them so if you get ubered they'll reappear.
I think there was a mod in one of the emporiums that actually removed the models though.

It probally wouldnt look good, but I'd be curious as to how it would turn out.
You might remember this:

Well, I have never really been happy with it. And then I recently worked on this:
[t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/716413223221549830/A6C813F3E7F4C3CC3924171C58085E289A7B1ADD/268x268.resizedimage[/t]
Which I liked quite a lot.
So I thought the beard would look good on Soldier, too. However just the beard seemed to be not very special. The logical consequence was to combine the two and this came to be:

I was even able to make it work with almost every hat. The textures might get an update tomorrow. Mods probably tomorrow as well.
Oh dang, i saw that old hairdo like yesterday and voted it up because i liked it. Pretty sick to see it updated just now.

kinda looks like a beard molded out of clay rather than natural hair tbh

For my part, I saw Gadget's picture when connecting, and it wasn't the same as usual: I knew something great happened...
... And I was right! :D

Kind of wish there was a "No beard" style, but that would probably be a nightmare, eh?
Anyway, you did a nice job, buddy ! :)

there are two separate hidden submissions, to avoid cluttering the workshop. The main submission shows all 3 since we couldn't really decide which one we liked best.
What program do alot of you use to sculpt cloth folds with? I've heard that you can use zbrush, but it's quite expensive
There's also Mudbox if you have a student account for autodesk
Blender's sculpting is ok at best, but if you had to use it it'll do the job. Zbrush really is the best way to go but eh
Blenders scultping is too "square-y". I don't know if its just me who has the problem but i can't get the polycount high enough to get smooth normals without my computer taking a shit and crashing the program.
Blenders scultping is too "square-y". I don't know if its just me who has the problem but i can't get the polycount high enough to get smooth normals without my computer taking a shit and crashing the program.
blender simply isnt meant to load models in the millions of polys
if you need a free alternative to zbrush, i suggest checking out sculptris
it was made by the same guys that did zbrush, and while alot more limited and simpler interface, it fits the bill for tf2 stuff
Blenders scultping is too "square-y". I don't know if its just me who has the problem but i can't get the polycount high enough to get smooth normals without my computer taking a shit and crashing the program.
yeah i'm having to realign a bake model with the blender made lows, and zbrush decimated a 20 million face sculpt to 4, ran 20 just fine, and blender's chugging like hell with the 4 million model. I love blender but it's next to useless for this sort of thing

What do y'all think?

The only thing similar between the two is the wood color.

It looks a little big on the Engineer, how's it look with the Texas Half-Pants?
