updated the gun fix pack, removing the non-functioning scattergun and BFB shell fixes. if anyone can find some fixes for them that function, let me know

I've been thinking about integrating the coat tails of the Medic into the item as a longer smock, so I've been doing a lazy colour of it for a rough colour silhouette and then go back and redraw the lines to suit it.

Argh, I planned similar sleeves for my demoman set... Very nice though, I particularly love the tools on the side! :D (can I put some on my upcoming concept too? I don't wanna steal the idea yah know...)

Nah it is hard to spot; took me I while before I was sure. It easier to see the noise when you look at the blue gas mask logo.

Hey guys, this is probably a stupid question, on mods.tf it sometimes says that there are no items that you can replace a certain body area (i.e. "0 results for Whole_head"). Does that mean I can't use it, that I need to hex it manually, or can I just choose any other body part? Thanks in advance.

I feel as though that coat shouldn't be sleeveless. I wanna see a big poofy coat for Demo.
Rigging might be a problem, but it'd be nice to see something with sleeves for him.
sleeved items for demo cant rlly work at all unless its a separate item of clothing from his vest
first you would have horrid rigging, and then the sleeves would have to be oversized to be proportional to his massive vest
Yeah, I'm aware. I'd still like to see something attempting it, though.
For the "big sleeves" part of the problem, I could see bulky "rolled up" sleeves working. And as bad as the rigging is, I'm sure someone can find some clever solution if they work at it.

Idk if its to late, but the area were the dynamite is, the black space mostly, maybe add some thing like another stick of dynamite or maybe something like a drinking flask?
