Was just a bonus concept.
Yet again it seems you're scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas and shoving them onto random characters without any thought. Please, explain how that in any way fits the scout or would make a good item. Even if it is just a bonus concept, that still means you must have thought it was a good idea.
The hair seems even worse. It's like you've gone, "Hey, this guy has hair, you know who else has hair? The Scout! This would make a great item!"
Kuzco have the same nature of the scout barrely (Pranker / Megalomaniac/Egocentric )

Along with other vague similarities, they're also both human beings and capable of breathing oxygen!

Squidward has a similar personality to the Spy. Where's my Squidward nose for Spy?
Referencing a similar character or image to a class in TF2 does not make it fit their personality, and certainly not the game's setting.

Why stop at the Spy? If Squidward has a nose and so do all the other TF2 classes, it would fit them perfectly as well!
You have to think more about an item than just "If they have anything in common at all i can make an item out of it". You need to actually consider the idea for more than a few seconds and see if it actually makes any real sense.

How do we know that Pyro has a nose?? Explain that one, smart guy!
You guys used this exact same reasoning to justify items such as the jester set for Scout a couple of pages back, in response to Radaghast. Now that he's showing an item that would actually fit the Scout personality-wise, you go "no why would he wear that? it doesn't fit at all stop forcing stuff"
I do agree that it's a poorly made and unfitting concept. The reference is way too direct and the item doesn't fit the game. At least Rad's given an acceptable reason for doing it, but you're still giving him shit for it. Jeez.

If he hadn't admitted that he acknowledges we don't like his concepts but decides to post them anyway then I would say giving him shit wasn't justified.

I think there's a difference between a concept for an item that fits a characters personality as well as being something that makes sense/would look good, and a concept for an item that exists just to be a reference to something just for the sake of it, and only with a slight justification for it. It's obvious why something like a Jester set fits the scout, whereas Radaghast's concept needs to be explained. There might be a similarity between the two characters, but that doesn't make it a good item or one that would fit very well. If it's a unique, iconic, easy recognizable thing it's fine but if a concept referencing something needs explaining, it's probably not a good idea. Radaghast's concepts are forced to fit the characters, they don't make any sense on their own.

Bathrobe-based concept. The blue lines are supposed to denote parts of the cosmetic, though it doesn't translate well.

Hey guys, look what me and Hogie bear made!
As my first hat it looks acceptable.
It only needs one thing tough, a name. If you have a name for this post a reply.
(Also, its supposed to reference Jontron )
Could someone spare some time and update this fix for the Backburner? Since Valve gave it a separated model for some reason, the fix doesn't apply to it. I tried contacting the author over a month ago and I haven't got a response. The materials should also be updated but that's a minor thing.

With the cravat it's more like a smoking jacket. It'd be nice if you went down that route.
