I'm using GIMP, I'll see if that option is available. [B]Edit:[/B] I don't think GIMP has a percentage diffusion option, I didn't found any (I found color dithering, but not as a percentage). The #1 animated banner looked ok, for some reason, past the second one it started to have a blocky quality (on few items only). [B]Edit:[/B] I have a gif creator on my other computer which is surprisingly good. I'll take a look of it later, I'll update the images if needed.

I think you might have gone a bit crazy on the polygons at the curves parts under the barrel.

Asides from that, I'm also looking at improving the gems on it since they look flat rather than actual gems that refract light. EDIT: Well, a specular map can make it awesome (hopefully), so I'll update with another post with it applied.
