Never trust Ngons to triangulate well. On realtime models, i find just put in as many quads as you can and manually fill the triangles in, especially in blender since i find it has a habit of really making awful triangulation with broken faces almost more often than not
its not listed in the wiki, but the closest you can get to the dispenser's font is [URL="http://www.fontpalace.com/font-details/Brush+Script+Regular/"]Brush Script[/URL]. i suspect the text on the dispenser was made that way to mimic that font desing anyway, since it was a popular font back in the 40's/50's.

One suggestion I would make is thickening the second trigger guard. I would also suggest removing some of the smaller details (or increase their size) like the little thing below the start of the barrel and the bolts by the trigger guard.
I've been thinking, how is the spy gonna reload a volcanic?
One part of me wants it to have the reload function of the scatter gun, and have him flip cock it to reload. A half cycle spin the the one in this video may be cool. Either that, or go back the revolver reload mechanics. just have him do a full cycle spin to reload all six shots.

That'd probably work, and it's probably what I'll do, but the spy, knowing how to flip a butterfly knife, probably would do flip reloads, even if it wasn't practical.
