it's not just in the wrists
i have very shaky hands and it often shows in my work a lot
the secret is that you shouldn't blame the tools. a tablet only helps with more organic shapes (and to an extent speed up the process) but its not a magic device and it wont improve things merely because you're using it.
tl;dr: its all in the wrist - aka: you.

Those are random draws I made on tablet (actually on Wii U), nothing fantastic, but yeah, I might just suck at computer drawing (or just need to check again the drawing basics).

I find it considerably harder to work on a tablet as I keep on wanting to look at the tablet rather than the monitor

The hat looks too noisy to me, not to mention the team color conflict.
Fixed the blue/red colour conflict and made the design a bit more simple
Looks like something you would find in a Asterix comic.
