Down in respect to the model itself. If you are modeling the model at origin along a major axis, that should be easy. If you've making it floating off in space that may make things harder. If just the bone orientation was wrong, the model would be in the right place but pointing in the wrong direction. Yours is pointing in the wrong directions AND being offset in space.

This looks a little too small for a Judge, even if it was the direct inspiration, and I imagine it would probably fire .380 bore shotshells, which are a both shorter and smaller.

I made the spec map more subtle as well on the highlights. The thing is that this is a blender render, so the true specularity that source engine has won't be shown, and I attempted to compile this gun, without success.
