It's still in that phase were I'm prototyping, it works fairly well on my workspace, I've some hardcoded paths, etc. In order to distribute it I first need to create an installer, I need to figure out how to find the steam folder through registry and lots of other stuff.
But I'm planing on releasing it to some of you guys before I make it publicly available so that I can iron out the bugs. Otherwise I'll get my inbox flooded with the same bug reports.
Has anyone ever made a program that makes doing full paint previews automated/easier?

Tie feels like its floating above the chest, move it closer. Also you should take a second pass at the tie knot. Right now it feels like a box and not a knot.

Yes (see 1:28 for this feature) all you'll have to do is leave TFMV to do its thing for a minute or two.

The front side should be designed a bit different too just so it's obvious at a glance that it's different. Nothing too much, maybe just removing the sight?

Generally speaking the sight is one of the defining elements that allow you to to tell that hes using a Grenade Launcher and not a Sticky Launcher due to the similar stances that both weapons use. If anything just making a new sight should fix the problem:

I made sure the dimensions didnt exceed those of other backpacks to a great degree, it's only a few inches taller than the moonman backpack and about as wide as the pyrotechnic tote, if not thinner

This one looks smaller than yours and even then it has problems that would prevent it from getting in
None of the other backpacks for Pyro have the same proportions as the one yours is aiming for, and that's a problem because
A. Yours looks to at least partially obscure the Pyro's head, meaning Pyros facing away from Snipers will be harder to hit
B. You're adding a new giant "thing" for lack of a better term to the Pyro's back, which in itself is a bad idea because adding giant "things" that aren't just poufy collars can really fuck with silhouettes
C. The textures you have don't match TF2's palettes in the slightest, not to mention on that texture you have a giant blue square of colour as well as little bits of red which is always a bad idea for any item

You could just flip the sight down.
Also, since the tubes the grenades usually go in are now just one big drum, it would be cool to see the grenades rotating into place through a hole where the demo usually puts his grenades in.

This is probably wrong, but you should rip the actual face from the spy, and add on to it. Again, I don't know much so its probably very wrong, but it does make some sense.
