I somewhat agree with you, but to me it makes it look uninteresting and boring if i remove them. I would like to keep them.

It's the shape of that part that is uninteresting. Its a box with rounded corners. I'd redesign it, use some real power tools as reference.

I wanted to but AFAIK hold taunts aren't possible in the importer, and I think adding Heavy putting on something like glasses would be hard to fit in to the 5 second limit. Its already pretty fast as is.

I really don't think that's a good criticism. Screws hold things together.
I do think, aesthetically, that it makes it look cluttered, but function isn't really a concern.
I think the four nails on the blue section look fine.
The fifth on the grey section is up in the air though.
I'd say keep the seperate screw as it is, make the casing's screws smaller and darker

The sound itself sounds like he's opening up a newspaper, but it looks great. It'd be neat if he turned a page every so often as well.
