I'm not usually the arguing type, but i'm inclined to disagree. To me, personally, The Engineer always seemed like the guy that would have pride in his guns.
And besides, he does already have a gun with ornate engravings on the receiver (I'm talking about the Frontier Justice, FYI). Unless you're implying that it doesn't fit him either.

Well there's already a class that wears a labcoat all the time, and they have to have a bunch of extra bones on their model to accommodate it, so I don't think it would make much sense tbh.

Gadget's pistol has engravings and gold trim plastered all over the gun, not to mention the black and white color scheme, versus a gray and brown/blue Frontier Justice. Some small engravings add to the charm of the gun, but Gagdet's newest pistol just takes it a little to far. Not saying that it looks bad, just that it seems more suited for the Spy.
