Never said that they don't exist or that I haven't seen them before (I have), just that they look misshapen.
And they do. Right now they look like the lenses bulge out of the frames, there's no bridge (as mentioned) which is an actual practical problem, and the arms should be higher up on the frames.
Of course you're welcome to post more pictures of them and claim that I still haven't seen them before, if you'd like.

If you look at the third pic I posted which was my main inspiration, the arms are at about the same height as mine, and unless I dont know what a bridge is, there is a thin one right in the middle, also like the third pic
I do agree about the bulbous lookin shape on the lenses tho, I'll look into that later

Firstly, going off the single Michael Jackson picture for the design isn't a good idea as the other three you posted do have bridges (Yours could at least be a bit wider as currently it looks like there isn't one, and that it's just squeezing on the mercs' noses).
Secondly, I don't make snarky comebacks when it comes to constructive criticism. What I have said before to other modelers and what I'm saying now is my honest opinion. Anything less would be an insult to all of the modelers/texturers/concepters that frequent Facepunch, those that are well known and those trying to get their foot in the door.

Just want to point out that "Those just look plain misshapen" isn't constructive. Constructive criticism points out a flaw but also provides a way to improve it.
Or at least admits that the critic doesn't know how to fix the problem, if that's the case.

Bit of a word of advice, weapons on flaregun animations with stocks clip hideously bad. You might be better off not having the full stock.
Let me know if anything is broken.

I was wondering about something I've been wanting to do for awhile.
I never really liked the duffle bag for scout since it looks gigantic, but with models removing the whole bag adds complications with items in-game and usual mods. I wanted to do a remodel were I would remove the duffle bag part from the model, but model on the rest of the strap and make it more like a bandolier, which fixes the problems(besides certain items that strap onto the duffle bag, like the Boston Boom Bringer). To actually bring my little dream to life, I need to know any tutorials and programs that would let me do this or help in the process.

a small note, if you plan on keeping that strap, please consider extending it and giving it a small buckle so it would look more like it was shortened to be used. a strap that short wouldn't server any purpose.
