blizzard is the worst effect then nuts flies is the best burning/beams/stormy/scorching really depend on the hat for me bubbles and hearts are also very nice

Burning, Scorching, Sunbeams, Haunted Ghosts and Purple Energy are the best effects imo.

I think Blizzardy works with certain hats (German Gonzila and the two Ushankas for example), but the cloud [B]is[/B] pretty bad looking.
