I got a Bubbling Surgeons Stahlhelm. I love that hat, and the effect isn't flashy. Great to show that I have an unusual, But I wish I could earn upto the Circling Heart effect to show that I am a great Medic. The other Medics with unusuals have Green Plasma, Sunbeams and Orbiting Fire, Which I have noted that I seem to last longer then these guys...
