I'm seriously annoyed that these effects are high when almost daily on these forums, someone is posting that they unboxed them with 1-2 keys.

Should I start a Bubbling collection? It's a nice effect and I can think of a few hats I'd like to get with it. So should I just get the few hats, or get a full collection of them?
