I would probably go with the Salty Dog, but get more opinions first as I may be overvaluing

he wanted me to add sweets for the salty dog, plus the effect looks a bit shit. i quite like the hat with no name because that + fancy dress uniform + whip + mutton chops = ganjarific prison warden

A few websites said anywhere from 14 to 17 keys, which is really low for an unusual. The only unusual Toque I could find cheaper was Nuts & Buts.
