I turned down a Misty Skull Attendant for my NnB Attendant and 6 buds. Was that a good move? I dont know how Halloween effects have moved around.

They're probably around the same value. Last I checked Misty Skull Attendants were sitting on about 6-7 buds. You're is probably a bit more both with the pure, but also because (hurr durr themed) your attendant. EDIT: and not to sound racist, but I hate russians. My 2011 strange festives and my Unusual Texas Ten Gallon (with flies) and Pugilist (green energy) were. So keep an eye out for that. Russian Nerds are afoot.

Could keep it. It seems the trend is for buds to just rise and rise in value. When I bought my peace engie cap I paid over 2 buds for it (1 pure plus many keys in vintage hats) and buds were only around 14 keys I think. Now they're 26-27 and that engie cap would go for far less than one.

Is there such thing as a Decent trader? Someone offers 1.5 for Bubble Surgeons Stahlhelm, retract offer because 'I R TOOK QUIKSELLS!' Then Lowball of 5 genuines.... Then offer of 1.3 buds pure, retracted as I agreed because bullshit 'Well, Suddenly it is less valuable' and then still offers 1.1 buds. I ain't paying less for something I like. I am getting fed up with the TF2 Trade community. All I want is to get a decent trade on my hat, pay off a friend a key that I owe him and have some jingle keys/change.
