Figure this is the best place to ask; I just nabbed a strange festive shotgun out of a crate so I picked up a specialized killstreak kit off the market to go with it.

However, I'd heard of a bug where combining two temporarily untradable items made them permanently untradable back after that update hit.

Does this actually happen?

Do I need to wait a week or can they be combined now?
