Isn't the unusual searcher only for unusuals that have recently changed back packs aka they have traded and if they have been traded then you can assume the person who got it knows what it's worth?

Really? I thought that it scraped all the backpacks that are listed once a week/month and had it compiled in a database. Shows what I know.

Well when you search an unusual at the top it says this "Date corresponds to when the hat's owner was last changed. The ownership of hats in the database is checked on a daily basis." which I assumed to mean all the hats listed have been at least traded once. I'm not 100% sure though. It would be nice to have a program that searches for recently unboxed hats.

Think about it. Burning, and a Soldier hat. Personally the Drill's is better than the Kabuto anyway.

I know, but if I get it then I was looking at potential resale value if it is high enough. I dont know the values of the various unusuals that well.

I think I found the first burning drill sergeants you are referring to? 71.8 hrs in game?

Unusuals searcher is bad, everytime you find a person with a low enough hours to be scammable you check there backpack and it's already gone, people must have programs to autosearch for low hour unusuals in the searcher.

Edit: Ouch, I just had a chat with a guy that had a purple energy drill sergeants hat and he sold it for 20 bucks. I was like :O.
