Go to Nighteam servers, if your just starting out look for people with lower than 50 hours, just keep at it and you'll find someone eventually. Also if they are new look at their stats and see their favorite class, give them weapons for that class that are "Super awesome" or something along the lines of that.
Oh and I got a Kabuto for a Axetinguisher, thats four hats today :D
