It looks like new accounts have trades disabled by default now. I made a new one today to idle on, and couldn't initiate a trade to it. This new?

That's the same person I was talking about earlier, I had a trade open with ghettolevis and then gf rang and I went afk for a few minutes and he had left and the max head had been replaced with a kunai.
