Up to no good, is down because too many people use it. I think it and other online ones should be taken down or protected. Reason? I want the Up To No Good scanner back up, I can't do shit without it.

Anyone have any links to decent scanners? I've been using the add to friends list from recently played games thing, it's been working but I haven't gotten anyone yet. Almost got a bombing run for a Dread Knot.
