1. Scan 2. Find victim with low hours 3. Check back pack so you know what sort of stuff they have and what to offer 4. Wait until round ends or they die and trade request them 5. Don't act like you know what it's worth 6. I got my bills by asking if they had "that army looking hat"

Everyone declines my offers multiple times, even after rounds and when asking them, there's no reply. I tried this on multiple nighteam servers, and no success. :C
