i did respond and test it by the way
He apparently made another video 3 days ago and was getting frustrated by these new players. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbK5vRYdCAw
That's really stupid. He admits his defeat right away. [editline]9th November 2014[/editline] I think he meant Hours
no, he says in a video it's tours and he types tours multiple times he's just bullshitting though
no, he says in a video it's tours and he types tours multiple times he's just bullshitting though
You'd think he'd thought about how unrealistic and unbelievable 1.5k tours actually sounds, I guess not.
what kind of fucking loser whould spend 1500 tours of Mann Up
what kind of fucking loser whould spend 1500 tours of Mann Up
Someone who LOVES australiums and killstreaks? And having a high tour number and feeling special.
i did respond and test it by the way
You called the magazine a clip, clearly this video is full of false information.
what kind of fucking loser whould spend 1500 tours of Mann Up
would 1500 hours of dustbowl suddenly be alot more respectable?
Also, what about shooting without wrangler? As i remember, shooting with wrangler is a bit faster, isn't it?
would 1500 hours of dustbowl suddenly be alot more respectable?
well 1500 tours assuming each tour is 3 missions and 30 minutes per mission (and that's being generous) that's 90 minutes per tour or 90 x 1500 = 135,000 hours of nonstop gameplay so yes
Time to start a short job as a necromancer, since some avid MvM players asked for it :v:
Wasn't this thread deleted?
New players, why, why they do not bother to read anything or listen? It's frustrating on many levels. Bootcamp should grant a hat after a successful mission, there, new players will jump and learn, albeit slowly, to play properly or grasp the basic idea of the game, cooperation instead of Rambo-ing.
hello world what's up steel mecha and gear now roll a chance for australiums. ticket-wise you're better off never touching two-city again if all you want is a gold. steel isn't advised either. pipebombs sometimes do -50% damage against tanks since smissmas bootie demos (ali-baba set in rotten + odd giant demos) now get the bootie's extra turning and recharge bonus on kill if you use tf_hud_target_id_disable_floating_health 1, you won't see giant hp anymore. robots still completely silent, maps still using wrong soundscapes, engibots still gusting entire rooms, money still flying behind objects never to be picked up, yadayada.

Two Cities is still more profitable just because of killstreaks. That is, if you have the nerves to complete them and sell them.
Wouldnt older tours still land you around the same cost as two cities You'll spend $3 on tickets and on average land yourself 80-90 cents from regular botkillers, leaving loss at like ~2.00, and two cities being $4 loot can be sold for ~2.00 ending you at 2.00
yes well I suppose you are right. i'm not too involved into the market nowadays. thought I suspect the week-delay complicates business.
It lives! Thank you, kind necromancer.
Wouldnt older tours still land you around the same cost as two cities You'll spend $3 on tickets and on average land yourself 80-90 cents from regular botkillers, leaving loss at like ~2.00, and two cities being $4 loot can be sold for ~2.00 ending you at 2.00
That depends if you get a good enough spec or pro. You would also have to take into account the cost for the remaining parts you are missing for the fabricators, since 4 missions never give you the extract of each you need and sometimes not even 28 parts at all. I prefer botkillers over fabricators. You don't have to complete them, so no wasting time on that shit. Botkillers you can just slap on the market right away without a massive price difference, like there is between fab price and kit price.
After those free tickets were handed out I have seen almost nothing but tomislav/natascha heavies, Liberty launcher/DH soldiers, degreaser pyros and so on in every random group I've joined. Sometimes even in double. Well, hopefully their ranks grow thinner on each time they are helped to victory on easier missions.

What you may be talking about is what weapon you get. Now, that is what matters as those unpopular ones will have a lower price, unlike those wich are used by majorties or are expensive when strange. Also weapons such as Saxxy that are extremely rare. Kits for those are really supceptible for being realy expensive in hands of a collector, and you may get a huge buyout. I understand why you like botkillers though. The fact that they are already strange and that you have no worry of not getting a botkiller may be worth it.
Oh so you can easily search for parts and kits always pay off? Try spending 2 weeks trying to get parts for 100+ fabricators without overpaying on parts on the market and tell me it is easy. If you look at "time spent making the item ready for the market" and the money you can get from it then botkillers are 100x better, atleast imo.
The worst part about the christmas kids in mvm is not just the ones that make it impossible to finish the mission, but all the ones taking up server space just spending an hour on wave 1, making all the competent players/groups wait forever to get into a game

new guns? new guns! to sum them up : : for demoknights. it really doesn't change much at all as it is extremely similar to stock pipes. rollers aren't significant regardless of the launcher and if you miss a direct you might aswell forget about it and focus on your next shot. this gun doesn't do anything special, use it or don't. : for sticky demos. this gun is somewhat inferior to stock pipes and scottish resis. it's better at charged shots, but in mvm you aren't exactly trying to do that. the fizzling means you can't prepare for large medic crowds. the quickiebomb effectively turns the demo into a soldier, because with damage quickbombs can still take on medics one at a time, perhaps two or three with preparation. but overall it's a dangerous gamble and you can't be expected to fill your role. : this gun is a secondary. as a secondary, it has no good upgrades nor staying power. only consider for engineer, but then again it's only best at low health, something you want to avoid in mvm. other weapon changes : nothing important enough to mention really. tide is much more horrible, lnl can still rock like normal and skullcutter is fine.
Just finished a PUG tour for Two Cities with some newer guys and a 35 tour Sniper. We didn't wipe at all. Fuck, that got me happy.

Rip mittens. It was fun knowing and using you but now I will have to swap you for kgb.
kind of silly the mittens are now literally a no-crit fists that randomly makes you do zero damage why would I equip that?
I can see the future of bootcamps.. ..Kritzkrieg medic without ubersaw + Holiday punch heavy trolls who grief the game by being absolutely useless, a new and the worst way of friendly heavies. You should thank god i am paranoid and weird creature that lurks in shadows.
kind of silly the mittens are now literally a no-crit fists that randomly makes you do zero damage why would I equip that?
Maybe because it allowed heavies to stunlock giants? 0 damage from the heavy but free thousands of easy rockets/bullets/whatever..
