Spies shoot snipers without a razorback?? When did this start happening.
They do it just because they can.
That spy must have forgotten to switch his weapons.
I've never seen this happen. Except spies "backstabbing" a sniper with a razorback.
snipers often chill out near the back when they are at like 20 health, and they feel no urgency to heal because theyre snipers.
this is a perfect time for me to come along and take a pot shot from a safe place, this way im not taking the risk of something stupid happening.

its happened mroe times than i can remember
Only shoot them with razorback, with ambassador its 1 headshot 2 bodyshots for a kill iirc.

Or just if they have their back against a wall and you fancy your chances.
I always backstab even when they have a razorback. They never notice I broke it.

but if they do i have a dead ringer for them. One unlucky sniper got achevement for "killing" me... He died afterwards.
I'm going to start doing this from now on just to piss you guys off.

yeah, that'll show us
I only do it is they have razorback and I have the Ambassador. Even so, I would usualy find a medic or heavy or a sentry base and take that out instead. One sniper is not worth it.
I've seen this happen so many times before. I don't know why I didn't make a crap video about it, because it obviously makes such a huge difference to the game.
I've lost count of the number of times I've lost a round, because a spy used the revolver when he could have backstabbed.
Thank you for highlighting one of the most pressing problems in online gaming.
I... didn't know people were opposed to this tactic; I mean, it works. Personally, I find gunning down Snipers (or any enemy, really) to be more satisfying than just backstabbing them.
The distance that you create also acts as "bullshit insurance" in case anything goes wrong (Kukri to the face, etc.).
(Not at point blank, of course.)
