In German, Lektion can also translate to lesson. These videos aren't in German, but maybe someone mistook the word in a similar way. "A lesson in trolling" would fit IMO.

Accidentally leaving an area open is one thing, putting a window at the bottom of a room that doesn't need it AND letting damage pass through that room is a completely different one.

No, nothing is patched.
Lección stands for lesson in spanish and many words translate that way so maybe the guy that uploaded the video just tought it was correct.
I wonder how many people on Facepunch are from Spanish speaking countries or speak it extremely fluently

Could've swore it heard like portuguese or italian.

Lektion also means lesson in German, and so does lekcja in Polish. It's a pretty common mistake, I sometimes find myself saying lection instead of lesson too.

I'm from Argentina and I always play in that servers, for example, he was assisted by Gattsu, one of the best spies and snipers I've seen, that man is unbeatable.

The third one is quite common. I once ran low on health and was looking for a resupply. I ran over to the nearest spawn room, the door to which was surrounded by my teammates. I assumed, therefore, that it was my team's spawn room, but it was actually the blu team's. We had set up camp there, including sentries, dispensers, teleporters, medics, and every single person on my team.
It's annoying as fuck.

Do you know what that part of the hud's files they are specifically? Most of the frankenhud looks like crap to me.
