Because if it does, it's going to be a tough as hell choice between an adorable teddy and being [i]goddamn Mad Eye Moody[/i].
I like the Honcho's Headgear, the Charmer's Chapeau and both Medic hats.
It might take me a while to get them (and a Blighted Beak) but that's half the fun.

I don't think there are specific crafting recipes for hats, other than the bonk helm. Most, if not all (excluding bonk helm) don't have specific crafting recipes, so you're better off with 4 refined + engie token.
But theres still time.
