There's two now. They use the same model. One is the Companion Cube Pin, and the other is the Resurrection Associate Pin.
The latter came out today.

Well this was a very disappointing week for TF2. The community got their panties in a bunch over the supposed release of a imaginary major update and Meet the Medic. But all we got was a potato hat on Tuesday and nine other community hats today. Valve really knows what this game needs right now. :downs:
