For some reason my game started getting really studdery. My latency is fine but every couple of seconds the game will stop everything and then carry on like business as usual.

My computer is suddenly really stuttery on TF2 as well. Thought it was just the new maps or sv_pure 1 on Valve servers (pre-update I had an issue where any modded cosmetics being blocked by sv_pure caused an ENORMOUS frame drop), but it happens any time there's other players around. My laptop is fine though; it's 64 bit unlike my 32 bit computer, so I assume that's why.
Unfortunately my laptop's GPU isn't as good since it's supposed to be for school work, and it overheats really quickly and I have to turn off viewmodels sometimes because the Medic's sleeve is stretching across the dimensions and blocking my view :v:

Can confirm the "Flamethrower hose fix" mod was the issue (which is strange, since it works with all the other 'throwers).

A bit more annoyed on steams thing, since I added money to my account , but since it was a long time, Im locked out and I cant sell or buy stuff from market till the 11th and Im literally a dollar away from a gun mettle pass thing.

Have the same problem, bought some stuff from the store, had a few bucks left over so I thought I'd pick up a skin or two from the market. NOPE, FUCK YOU, YOU HAVE TO WAIT TIL SATURDAY.

just the game being shit.
sometimes in MvM we can feel the stutter for every bot that spawns into the game. now you can imagine this gets tiresome after 300 or so mini-stutters within a couple minutes

I tried to finish off the bigrock tour, but had to switch over to two cities since nobody could prepare for the crit huntsman spam, but the people were pretty friendly
In two cities however, I knocked down the mannhattan missions super easy after working with <5 tour people, but when I hit the rottenburg ones, fucking wow.
First game, everyone but another guy left after losing one round
Second game, got kicked for not having the right upgrades, despite not being told what these "right" upgrades were. Apparently damage and resistance isnt right
Third game, all but two people left after losing one 6$ pile, then everyone else left since noone joined instantly
Fourth game, got to the final wave, everyone quit for no reason
Fifth game, everyone quit after losing the wave
Sixth game, went engy, put down a sentry, fucking vote kicked right away
Seventh game, got to second to last wave, lost, everyone quit
Why are 50+ tour players so fucking uptight, and <10 are really nice?

I'm so fucking pissed of. Someone got a taunt kill on me after the round ended (I was on the winning team as well) and the whole server started laughing at me and teasing me, on how I got owned by him. For fuck sakes, getting a lucky taunt kill is nothing to be proud of

this is pretty rude and awkward behavior though, I don't mean to sound condescending but you should work on not taking redundant and asinine things too personally.
Not only does it make things terrible for you, it tends to make things bad for everyone else around you who has to put up with it.
Also saying "i've had a bad day" is kinda.. attention and sympathy seeking and people see it more as just whining for ultimately no good reason.
this is just advice on dealing with problematic things and how to behave and be wellmannered against unfortunate things

Expect it to fluctuate come contract days. If your goal is to sell it, wait a day or two after the contract day and watch the market, it'll be worth more at the last stretch before new contracts come in.
