I wish airblast pushed away, not pushed up and away
I wish airblast pushed away, not pushed up and away
The problem with that and why they changed it to up and away is that pyros from above could groundstall an opponent. The solution would be to make it knockback not airstun so you could strafe.

I just want to know, what's so bad about this guy?

Something irritates me about people that have steam avatars of their "cool" TF2 main with an unusual on, when they don't even have that unusual. What's the point? Intimidation factor?

Isn't that FreddieTF2's loadout?
Valve games have been borrowing shit from each other for years so there's trully no point in calling games TFGO or CF2
Nobody called Portal 2 Portal Fortress 2 when they introduced Robot Enrichment. I don't hear nearly as much outrage over CS:GO's usage of crates and skins that was copied from TF2. And if we go prop wise, I'm pretty sure every Valve Game uses the same props up or downscaled and retextured. Hell, Portal was essentially a repainted Half Life with a portal gun!
The point being that Valve games reuse ideas, props, music, and systems all the time. And when TF2 gets a system that was based off a CS:GO mechanic that was based off the TF2 crates, everybody complains.
People who say TF:GO
That joke was funny the first time I heard it.
Not so much the next twenty trillion times.

TF2 is very inconsistent and TF:GO describes this phenomenon pretty well.
They introduced some fancy stuff over the time, but usually only for new content:
Example:
Remember when they introduced Pyrovision?
- Only enabled on a few selected maps. Map creators can't enable Pyrovision, on their maps, for whatever reason. Instead, they prefer users to edit a text file to enable pyrovision on community maps.
- The new flamethrower particle is only enabled on the rainblower. Every other flamethrower uses the normal fire particle in Pyroland.
Gun Mettle (TF:GO):
- They introduced a weapon inspection feature, but only for decorated weapons (and the Gun Mettle coin). Is there a reason to not enable this on some other weapons, too?
- Furthermore they added a new mechanic called "Statclock". Again only for new weapons. Is there a reason why they didn't put it on old weapons? Do they fear that people might dislike it? But why would you ship something that ppl don't like anyway?
- Finally, I would like to mention that australium weapons are also "reskins". Why don't port them over to the new skin system? (With a style selection, beginning with "factory new" and ending with "battle scared")
give me one reason the engineer's first ever hat (mining light) which has a huge uncolored spot is still not paintable

Valve?
they remove damage spread
they keep random crits
they remove the thing that allows some people to live after what would have killed them
they keep the thing that doesnt let you play the fucking game because the other team got lucky once
and proceeds to be lucky because thats how this shit is supposed to work right
give them triple damage based on how much damage they deal
give them triple damage once, they have it permanently

Even though this is fine to irritate you, you really should never let something like this actually manage to effect you
like anyone can take this argument like "lmao look at that nerd who has his favourite character in his favourite game as his display picture on videogame software"
ontopic though and I don't mean to insult you in this process but it's actually the people who manage to care about asinine, pointless things that truly don't affect them in any way shape or form that probably annoy me the greatest and my annoyance is further pushed by the fact I shouldn't care about it which leads to hypocrisy and just ????? lmao
My contract keeps resetting itself, completed it twice already and it just goes back to 0. What the fuck?

The item server might be down.
I was a medic and a soldier killed my heavy with a market gardener, I hit that soldier twice with my frying pan, but the hits wouldn't register. He then market gardened me and rubbed it in my face
They've said they won't port to source 2 unless they see a need to, but I think there's plenty of need to port it.
While doing so not only could they clean up a lot of shit, but doing so would help community content and make the game easier to work on for them. There's no reason not to port it other than "we're lazy and cant be bothered"
give me one reason festives, botkillers and australiums aren't inspectable
Valve?
Valve?
Valve
knowing source higglebones the botkillers would probably create a black hole when rotated by the inspection

What annoys me the most with this is why out of all possible cosmetics he could've chosen for his imaginary soldier loadout, he chose earbuds.
They honestly look like shit. 99% of the time they don't work at all with the other cosmetics people are wearing them with, and nowadays it's hardly because they're valuable considering how they dropped in value and aren't a currency anymore.
Not that wearing things based on value makes sense to begin with
Got to listen to two /b/tards argue who was newer and then listen to some guy go on about how scout was the worst class because everything counters him and how anyone of at least steel level can shut him down. He then proceeded to respond to every comment with "nice meme" and reciting copypasta purely from his own memory.

Time for a lot of people to fire an email over about it.
More people would hopefully give a higher chance of a response.

Probably just super anally agonized over getting dumpstered by some Pubstar Scout. Anybody whose played any extended amount of TF2 knows that a really good Scout is a literal force of nature.

Before players assigned high value to earbuds, they were simply added as a hat to commemerate OS X supporting tf2. Heck, when I have a pair I equip them sometimes.
So I searched "SFM" in youtube and switched it to most viewed. I was curious what was the most viewed non Valve TF2 SFM video
Out of the top 20 results, 14 are FNAF related, 3 are MLP related, and only one was TF2 related.
For some perspective:
A 10 second video of 2 ponies making out has almost more views than Live and Let Spy and EOTL combined.
A shitty barely animated FNAF memefest has 15x the views Lil Guardian Pyro does.

"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here."
Honestly it's not all that surprising, considering that this is the internet, but it is still disappointing.
The power of "fandoms", I suppose. :v:

You know what's worse? The comments on that top video, I almost cringed myself into a self induced state of hibernation to protect my braincells.
I truly will never understand how FNAF got so popular.
edit: like really, the robots have no character, they're literally automata, how did it get popular to this point?
