I personally find it annoying as every once and a while it slips under the radar and I don't even see that boat and then I'm banned from the valve server I was on.
I was on a Badwater server just a few moments ago and we were getting rolled bad. Some guy on our team felt it necessary to play keyboard warrior and shit all over the Medics (AKA me and some other dude) because we weren't healing him exclusively. It really pissed me off that someone would not only blame his team and no one else, but blame/alienate the Medics (a rare breed in pubs to begin with) just because he died. It's not like I avoided healing him either (until near the end of the round where all hope was lost essentially.) I just was usually with someone else. Coincidentally, my Quick-Fix leveled up to rage-inducing in that round too.

Fuck Powerhouse stalemate rounds in general, and especially ones on Valve servers, seriously. I like the middle area of the map, and last ain't too shabby (or wouldn't be if not for other reasons), but my god do the rounds on this map get absolutely bogged down for all eternity in that middle room between the outside and the final cap hall. It's the narrowest part of the map and there's only two narrow, dangerous entrances into this room, and both of them are filled with explosive spam and bullets when there's enough heavier classes on either side on a full server. Snipers on the other hand of the hall have an easy time sniping into that narrow tunnel that leads into the area from the outside. If you do sneak past all the bloodbath and carnage where people just get randomly blown up in droves trying to squeeze through the chokes, there's inevitably a level 3 or two waiting in the final hall to mop up any Scout that gets past. The respawn rates are quite fast and the defenders' spawn is right next to the final cap, menaing that sometimes people who I killed on my way to the final point come back fast enough to intercept and finish me off while I'm the lone survivor of the carnage in that awhul, hellish hall of death. And the worst part: combining the stalemates-for-days nature of the map with the random and awful-class-composition nature of Valve servers. The map really needs a ton of beefy power classes with possibly multiple Medics thrown at the enemy team if they start hardcore turtling , and really almost requires a forward teleport to the other team's base. But my average team that manages to cap middle then switches to being content with having 4+ Engies holding middle (with no teleports or ones leading not far enough) and trying to push for last with no Medics and a shit-ton of bad Snipers and Spies. Words cannot describe how frustrating it is to be one of 2-3 power classes at most on a team, without a Medic, trying to push into a shit-ton of level 3 Sentries, explosive spam and Heavy-Medic combos. Inevitably, the team that's been pushing for last for 30+minutes ends up losing its hold when the defenders get enough power classes and Medic combos (some new people join, some MVP on our team ragequits cause the match ain't going anywhere), and then they roll us in 5 minutes. 30+ minutes of sweating my ass off, fighting hard to try and secure us a win, always looking to cap last, my pleas for a Medic being ignored, only to almost always lose at the end, deep into extra time, when the other team finally decides that they've had enough cockblocking us and decide to crush my hapless team in an instant by demonstrating them the value of having Medics and powerful combos. Had to get that off my chest, I know plenty of people like long stalemates (that's why Dustbowl and the like are popular), but I'll be damn if that inner area between middle and last cap isn't the product of some sadistic map designer, and my god does it get frustrating to attack in vain for half an hour on a Valve server, on a team that clearly isn't capable of capping last.

Though I love the contracts from gunmettle, I [i]HATE[/i] class-specific ones. You should get a choice between 2 classes if you have to do a class specific one. I have been stuck on the engineer bonus for over an hour now. All I have to do is get 5 kills with 1 sentry 3 times, but it keeps getting sapped/destroyed at 4 kills. Engineer is my least played class and i'll play him maybe once a month. It's just aggravating as all hell especially since other engineers refuse to unsap my sentries if I die. edit: And then when I finally get the last 5 kills (which is what i've been spending so long doing) it doesn't give me the bonus points for it. And since having upwards of 20 assists doesn't convert to even 1 kill to the contract, it gets even more frustrating.

I just used the Jag to put a level 3 outside of the enemy spawn on Suijin.
Just play junction red and get all the sentry kills because that map is still fucking awful
