The kids who think that "item generators" are real and then they cry, because their account got stolen
what makes me angry is that the scout still has his headphones on with the wilson weave what makes me angrier is that the headphones aren't even placed on top of the hairpiece, it's lodged into the top triangle of hair
Sent email to Eric about it. From my experience, chances for adding additional "No Headphones" style after sending an email are really high. Brütal Bouffant could also use additional style.
i have like no weapons in tf2 and i have no metal to buy weapons also is it just me or does the drop system only give me like a set of 12 items? i keep getting like razorbacks and manmelters which i already have like 4 of
You don't even need to trade for weapons with profiteering traders at a rate of 1:2 (1 weapon for 1 Scrap/2 Metal), you can use automated sites like tidy.tf or scrap.tf to exchange your unwanted drops 1:1 with their trading bots. That way, no matter how many duplicates or shitty unwanted drops you get, you can always exchange those for specific weapons you might need or be interested in. Maybe TF2 should be updated to all Unique-quality weapons becoming stock at some point in the future, but even now, getting weapons via a mixture of trading and random drops really assures that a new or returning player builds up an arsenal of weapons pretty quickly, as they play and have fun and get to know the game better or brush up on their rusty skills. You could have most of the good or interesting weapons for your favorite classes in a matter of weeks, if you play regularly enough to reach the item drop cap. The biggest limitation at the moment really for a new-ish player is the fact that if they're F2P, they can't trade freely and entirely rely on the randomness of the item drop system, and to a lesser degree on kind souls giving them weapons for free.
give me one reason to use the gunslinger other than the +25 hp I'm not a fan of minis but I'm even less a fan of having entire items being pelted with botched nerfs year after year
My favorite nerf to minisentries is removing them from the game, and this update is almost just that, so I'm satisfied.
Fix the fucking backstab registration Valve.
Melee Registration in General. An Enemy scout can beat a fully-healed heavy to death with Bat and land every single hit. I Hit an uncloaked spy 3-4 times with stock melee, and he still lives (and then "back"stabs me) etc.
Kid tried to kick me because I wouldn't trade with him. Every time the option to kick me popped up it went away almost instantly :v:
Every time the option to kick me popped up it went away almost instantly :v:
that's because if someone tries to kick you you're not allowed to vote "no", that's been in the game forever
that's because if someone tries to kick you you're not allowed to vote "no", that's been in the game forever
I didn't know that! Thanks for the heads up
that's because if someone tries to kick you you're not allowed to vote "no", that's been in the game forever
No, if someone attempts to votekick you, you automatically vote no. [editline]not risking automerge[/editline] You can tell because votekicks will always start with 1 vote against
Our Team: Constantly allow the same Demoman + Scout to get behind our spawn Their Team: Constantly shoot down any sentries I build behind their spawn
It always feels like the enemy team just has a magical ping that alerts them to whenever you're doing something behind their spawn.
These type of people :hurr:
Reminds me of when people type "!rtd" or other related commands on Valve servers.
They added this to all Demo Swords
This weapon has a large melee range
Yet they didn't add it to the Disciplinary Action, which has slightly more range than the Eyelander.
They added this to all Demo Swords Yet they didn't add it to the Disciplinary Action, which has slightly more range than the Eyelander.
its not on the zatoichi, is it?
its not on the zatoichi, is it?
It isn't. But the Half-Zatoichi also doesn't have increased melee range.
It isn't. But the Half-Zatoichi also doesn't have increased melee range.
thats what i meant. Kinda wierd that a full on katana would have the same range as a bottle of whiskey
what's the point of a "combat sentry" if you have to prepare it out of sight like a regular sentry anyway. the repair buff is completely pointless since : a. they are supposed to be disposable and you shouldn't watch over them b. if you repair them, you lose the metal you needed for a dispenser or a second sentry c. most weapons won't allow you to even repair it in the first place minis are garbage now. But my guess is everyone is happy with that.
I've used it you just have to be strategic and smart and stick with your team instead of pooping minis all over the place and getting easy unearned kills
thats what i meant. Kinda wierd that a full on katana would have the same range as a bottle of whiskey
Probably some technical reason as it has the Shovel's range on Soldier.
I've used it you just have to be strategic and smart and stick with your team instead of pooping minis all over the place and getting easy unearned kills
guess i'll poop level 1s all over the place and get my easy unearned kills better then
"unearned kills"? what kind of shitty moral code is that? it sounds as dumb as the people who complains about being killed by bodyshots.
Something pisses me off in a game, I don't do it for the sake of everyone. Idk seems same to me as not calling everyone a faggot.
It isn't. But the Half-Zatoichi also doesn't have increased melee range.
Not like it matters considering TF2 melee registration. Relevant as always:
filthy lies.
Never did I say a scout. But if a minisentry is in such a place where a scout at full health can't go without flanking or simply going around it, calling for some help should suffice. Even on valve servers someone will almost always go around to break it if you just bother saying "minisentry at x". [editline]23rd June 2015[/editline] You, try using splash damage because you have fucking explosives, for fuck's sake. [editline]23rd June 2015[/editline] They can't be repaired either, so you have a severe case of git gud.
little babyman confirmed for working at valve
filthy lies.
Its only 25%, hard to notice with damage falloff and the 15% penalty but its there, it can 1 shot lights reliably up close [editline]31st July 2015[/editline]
guess i'll poop level 1s all over the place and get my easy unearned kills better then
You have to wrench deploy level 1s as well so I dont see the difference
filthy lies.
I've played enough quickiebomb launcher demos on x10 servers to know it's not a lie. On a crit x10 server it did over 500 damage.

when you're played mge, and the following occurs you get pretty wrecked by a soldier - 10/20 no big deal somehow you get to 6/1 the next round with the same soldier, then he pulls out the direct hit and starts wrecking your ass. I !remove'd by 10/10
