Its not actually broken, you just have a playermodel replacement that is fucking with the animations.

I can tell because your sniper here isn't wearing glasses, which makes it painfully obvious.

I have to remove that? That thing fixes the bodygroup and made it consistent.

Ah shit, probably I'll have to find the alternative or remove it.

The mod doesn't "fix" or make anything "consistent", because it still removes his glasses when he removes his hat, even when it is unnecessary for him to do so. Its a preferential mod for people who are bothered that sniper wears more than one pair of glasses, when only 2-3 of the pairs of glasses he has make it obvious and the rest actually cover his defaults for the most part. Your best bet would be to not have any playermodel replacements at all for the time being until the mod creator updates if for the new animations, as the same broken animations will still be present on most of the ones you find.
Don't complain about something being broken, and then continue to complain about it when you've been told why its broken.

I'm annoyed that I misunderstood how Killstreak fabricators worked and just crafted my Big Kill for nothing.

Oh boy, that sounds like a downer. Where/how did you manage to waste it?
Oh boy, that sounds like a downer. Where/how did you manage to waste it?
Was crafting a specialized Killstreak kit, which I thought would just upgrade the Killstreak item you use to craft it, not actually consume it in the process.
For the longest time I've gone Heavy whenever the team is pushed to the last point in CP, or Engineer on rare occasions, just to get a bit of time. Just trying to keep the enemy team off the point long enough for someone to brave the second point.
Ever since the stat change to the miniguns from Love & War, however, it seems as though it would be a more viable option to run in as Sniper and just hope for some melee crits.
I can't count the number of times that I've sat on the last point for a good minute or two revved up, just waiting for someone on my team to move onto the second point, only for a Scout to run right into that minigun and take seemingly no damage whatsoever as he gets crits along with an entire highlander team's worth of players as most of my own team just sits in spawn.
I won't say that the minigun needs full crits and self-heal on hit, as that would be far too ridiculous, but it wouldn't hurt the TF team to look into some of the balance changes they've made.

I think they need to hire some more dedicated fresh blood. Most of the weapon stats, nerfs, and rebalances are atrocious.

So if it outputs a kit for the item and consumes it, how does that work for the Black Rose? You can't get another one unless you have one of the glitched tradable ones that are worth hundreds.

I think he means, he used his Killstreak item to create a new kit.
I.E a Specialised Sniper Rifle kit asks for the usual robot parts and 1 killstreak item and spits out the Sniper Kit.
In general, people use unique weapons with the Killstreak kit attached as the Specialised Kit consumes the items given to it.
In the case of the Black Rose - the kit will ask for any Killstreak item and it will spit out the Kit for the rose.
For example - I throw in a Killstreak Ambassador. It accepts it since it's a killstreak item (the Killstreak item used doesn't matter - as long as it's a killstreak weapon) and spits out the Black Rose kit.
From my understanding, the OP used a Killstreak Big Kill in their kit, which destroyed the Big Kill in the process and produced a kit for the Big Kill. He/She could have used any (almost worthless) killstreak weapon instead and it would have worked.
The thing to take away from this is, Killstreak kits aren't like Chemistry sets which define what is required (Diamond Botkiller Knife etc). They accept any weapon as long as it's prefixed properly (Killstreak, Specialised Killstreak etc) but that weapon will be destroyed in the fabrication process so choose wisely/cheaply what you will use.

?
You can input any cheap shit killstreak item into a spec kit, he just didn't realise and thought it upgraded what you put in.

Oh, ok. I thought you had to put in the specific item for the kit.

Holy shit this changes everything!
Tbh, the way that killstreak fabricators and upgrading from regular KS items to Professional ones works is pretty darn convoluted for a newer player or someone that doesn't specifically consult the Wiki or ask around for help.
I've seen people read up on the Wiki about it and still have questions/uncertainties, and I can't blame them. It can be easy to get stuff wrong and it pretty much took a week or more after Two Cities came out for people to really get a grasp of it - and you still saw players giving wrong/lacking advice to others.
I guess I'm a minority as I understood how they worked from the get-go.
They literally give you a warning saying "this item will be consumed"

If you suck really badly at the game, it can become appealing. Especially if you get killed over and over by really good players who are absolutely toxic and vocal about it.

By the sounds of things, it could be an alt of someone who 'wants to let off steam' (by being a prick). I had a person on my friends list like that before. Nice person to talk to but when he broke out the alt - an absolute prick and a half. Lenny faces, shit talking and at one point, LMAO box Aimbot.
With the kicking thing - I've noticed if the player in question is doing well, like killing a lot of other players, their own team won't kick them because there seems to be this misunderstanding that the player is now the be all-end all of the team (Less Team Fortress, more "Lets follow this guy because he's killing a lot of people" Fortress).
Try it yourself on a VALVe server. Do really well on your team and have a friend try and do a kick vote. Watch it fail (most of the time) and now rejoin under either a different account or new name and play like complete shite and repeat. Chances are, the table will turn and you'll be voted off.

he was probably on a throwaway account using a free version of lmaobox. unless he's an idiot i would assume he's smarter than to hack on a main

I've seen countless votes against people doing terribly or doing jackshit at all fail.

I have gotten kicked off of servers for doing well, if I'm doing better than the regulars then I get kicked
There's no good deathmatch/not shitty objective servers with a whitelist/blacklist (lobbies not counted.)

Comp is the only reason I "keep motivation". Otherwise I'd have uninstalled years ago.
I think I should start doing lobbies and shit like that so I can get back to liking this game. Because If I were to be playing just pubs I would probably just get tired of it quickly again. Also I really need to start practicing my rocket jumping. It's been weeks since I last stepped in a jumping map or just a regular map to jump around.
This shit happening within the span of five seconds.

I put on a bookmark on a hat in tf2warehouse, it's empty for now but Ive been regularly checking every 20 minute or so
7 days later it's still zero.
Servers that team-switch you right in the middle of a life.
I felt generous so i bought a Vintage Vintage Tyrolean painted Waterlogged Lab Coat for my cousin .(which is 3 years older than me and played tf2 for quite a lot time)
10 mins later he said "Lol i crafted it away and got a Team Captain."
I think he hates me for not teaching him English when i was supposed to study for Math exams. :suicide:
