IMO, the only thing bad about the razorback is how quiet it is. I'd rather have a [!] on my screen rather than some electricity noise(that I wouldn't hear over all of the other explosions and gunfire going on.) From what I've noticed, most other snipers don't realize they've been backstabbed either.
I never really found it too much of a problem. If they're relying on it to prevent insta-kill backstabs and you can't quite shoot them down, just backstab it and activate Dead Ringer.
Most of the time they don't even notice.
If they do, they're forced to traipse all the way back to spawn for a new shield, reducing their effectiveness.
But this also rarely occurs. So they're just sitting ducks with no Jarate or SMG.
For all of those saying that the razorback is useless Try fighting a good sniper that has that thing on. He will make you leave the server faster than you can say " Fuck This Shit ".

Wise words from quickplay
"Oh? You left that server because it was completely stacked and you were having no fun with a team of dolts? You're going to search for a new server? I think i know just the perfect server.... That one you just left!"
Razorback is the secondary of choice in Highlander. The Sniper plays with the combo, allowing him to be surrounded by a Medic and at least one power class (Soldier, Demo, Heavy). This works because a Spy can't really get behind a group three (although usually more than that), start firing his revolver at one target, and expect to get the kill and get away scot free. Instead, he has to Noe prioritize his picks - the Sniper may be killing them all but the Medic is the one who's letting him not get killed. If both of them are good enough it's hard to shut any of them down.
There are actually clamors to get the Razorback banned in HL. It makes Sniper almost unstoppable when paired with a decent team.

I had the game throw me into the same server three times one after another. It wasn't fun.

Yeah but just get in close range with the sniper, quick scoping is stupidly hard to pull off most of the time; and a sniper is FUCKED in close combat with practically any class

In HL, you can't. Soldier or Heavy's going to demolish you if you get close enough and Demo can get you before you even start.

This is more or less due to experience ever since I stopped joining community servers, but christ: the Huntsman.
It's just fucking annoying to fight against, and I never really noticed at first because Huntsman Snipers have been a rarity for me in the past, especially really dedicated ones.
Arrows go at the speed of light even when at half charge, it suffers (or benefits, either how you see it) from extreme hitbox dissonance so it's complete luck whether or not you get headshot, and even if you do get hit but it's not fatal your anyways bound to be at near death or atleast a fair chunk of your health will be gone in a minute's notice, and the arrow is near fucking invisible when it's coming straight at you with no indication whatsoever other than those former bits making it a pain in the ass just to airblast it at the right moment: atleast with the Crusader's Crossbow, I can see the projectile actually come right at me, has a far more noticeable trail, and oh yeah can't headshot.
Luck-N-Loaf and the "Get Out-of-Jail" Ringer fall exactly into the same boat for me, just that they're arguably worse for obvious reasons.

A reason is that replay/SourceTV wastes a player slot and there are some perfomance issues with the replay feature.

Replay isn't stable enough, plus the fact even Valve's servers don't have it anymore. I did try getting it to work on my servers but it wouldn't work.
5 BFB scouts on enemy team. Your team is all gibusvision who couldn't hit a revved up heavy. They keep blowing up your mini sentries. *disconnect*
Whenever this happens I usually go big sentry. Mini just doesn't have the killing power you need when it can only get 4 or 5 shots in before the scout enters and exits its range. Throw in a rescue ranger and they will avoid you like the plague or die trying because nobody takes a level 1 seriously.

Replays are just another one of the forgotten features that valve will never touch again.
Sadly.

It's even worse when they offer admin powers
I thought I'd never be sick of this game.
Whenever someone complained about how tf2 is dead I would just think of all the positive things that TF2 has to offer.
But now I find it hard to even start up the game. I no longer find joy in unboxing hats or buying stranges. All the hats I've ever wanted I've gotten, and now I don't know what to do. I never thought this day would come.

There's always other games to play. I've been playing Payday 2 for a while now and I always find myself coming back to TF2.
Imagine this: You are walking around as a cloaked spy in a completely secluded area where no enemy is at. As you sneak around, you turn a corner and SEE A FUCKING PYRO WHO YOU BUMP INTO AND FUCKING ROASTS YOU LIKE A FUCKING MARSHMELLOW DRESSED IN A GODDAMN SUIT AND TIE.
Fuck pyros.
imagine this, you're walking around as a medic and spot that really dumb obvious spy walking toward you. As you land 1-2 bonesaw hits, the guy randomly mashes mouse1 and gets a BACKSTAB! FUCKING BACKSTAB.
Fuck spies.

This is super inaccurate because everyone knows the medic melee weapons get 100% critical hits.

Whenever I play medic the whole game becomes a horror title every time I see a spy coming
I try everything: I shout out the "Spy!" voice line, get behind my healing target, make him see I'm turning around to face an incoming spy ... But nothing works
I know that sooner or later the spy will come and backstab my heavy or soldier, with me powerless to stop it

Before I got back into it recently I had been not playing for the good part of like a year or two.
So really if you just get bored play other things till you get your interest back.

Is that Server PPM? Here's a list of their donator stuff http://ppm.tf/donate.php
Also 1 key is only like $2.50 4 keys is 1 month of donator for $10.
Also it's a trading server, so most of the op stuff is okay.
(Totes defending it because I did commissioned maps and help moderate it (somewhat))
I've noticed one thing about all PPM members, and I quite literally mean, every...single....one... They're all dumber than a bag of hammers in a tumble dryer. Every time I see one in MvM I'll close my eyes, tell my friend to inspect him, and I'll call out what he upgraded wrong. And every time I'm right. Pyro on rottenburg? burn time and burn damage. Sniper? They'll completely ignore the sniper rifle and upgrade the SMG, and not do it as a joke, they actually mean to use the SMG as a quasi-minigun.....

In their defense, your target is quite likely to be too focused on what they're doing to be aware of their surroundings, especially on a pub server. Now if you were to use proper voice communication, your patient will acknowledge your warning and react accordingly.
Speaking from experience here. I've had some moments where I have a medic on me and he warned me of a spy through voice commands, but I was too busy fending off someone else and only noticed their warning after I got a knife in the back.

I have never donated to any server. It's so stupid.
One server I visited was 3 keys per month. Donator status gave you the ability to jet pack, have coloured text and go to a sky box.
Like who gives a shit about that. 3 keys can get you a tonne of weapons or cosmetics, or you could sell it on the community market and get over $6. That's $6 less you have to spend on that game you wanted. It was a trade server but still, why waste 3 keys a month for that?
There was also this perk if you donated 5 ref, you could use this modded OP black box for one life. Rules were that even if you just popped out of spawn and got headshotted by a sniper before you could even use the OP Black Box ... back luck, that was your one life to use it. Fork out another 5 ref to use it again.

Baring stupid donator bonuses how is it stupid? If you like a server you're helping to keep it alive by providing extra funds.

And it's that attitude that's killed all the quality, well run community servers. Those servers weren't run by the weekend warrior assholes who ban players because they're better than them, gave them even the slightest lip cause they were pissed off over a bad game and didn't know they were the god almighty admin, or just because that douche nozzle didn't like the poor players outfit. When I ran my server, I only asked for 4 bucks for donator. I never kept any of my money, it went straight back into the server, and the more money I got, the better the server got. It's just that I started my server RIGHT after quick play came out, and that's what killed it.

You fellas know I was talking about trade servers right?
"It was a trade server but still, why waste 3 keys a month for that?"
How is not donating to a trade server killing well run community servers? Cause keeping trade servers alive are our top priority right?
EDIT:
Actually you know what, now that I think about it, your statement of
"And it's that attitude that's killed all the quality, well run community servers."
Is completely out of whack. Donating should simply be a gesture of gratitude, no one is obligated to do so. So by saying the attitude of not donating to proper rotation servers is what killed them is completely stupid. You're insinuating that the quality of servers relied on donations. The fact is, if you didn't have the funds to run the server, don't open one and depend on donations. Donations should simply just be a bonus, provided by the gratitude and good will of the player base. I paid for and helped run a TF2 server before and admined on two others. We never asked for donations at all. We accepted donations but we never advertised for it. Those who donated did it out of pure good will. If you're going to open a server, be prepared to take on the responsibility of payment and quality upon yourself.
Don't open a server then blame it went to shit because of lack of donations.
