I love and hate being an Engineer. It's a stressful, almost thankless job sometimes. It's so fucking stressful. Folks in regular servers when they hear me complain when my shit gets destroyed are all like "oh man, it's soooo hard to swing at stuff with your wrench". No it's fucking not, it's hard to do that while being on edge at all times, looking out for things that could spell doom for you and your buildings. I build a level 3 sentry to guard our flag, spies, corner pyros, and anything with explosives can ruin it, and I can't rebuild once they charge in afterwards. I build a dispenser to give my team health and ammo, and while they use it, it's always destroyed because it's in a different location from my sentry, because I always put them in a high traffic location the team goes through. Finally teleporters are the hardest, because you have no control over both ends, so if one get's destroyed then that's that. The worst part of being an engineer though, is when I decide to get angry about my stuff getting destroyed openly. People are like "oh lol listen to this guy taking a game so seriously hue hue hue". I fucking care because I'm passionate about helping. I'm defending our bases, I'm giving you health when we have no medics, or a battle medic, I'm moving our boys up to offend/defend. I'm maintaining all these buildings against demos, soldiers, and spies, and take it all on the chin whenever it all get's destroyed, we get steamrolled, and we lose, because at the end of the day, I'm fucking being a team player. I'm trying to support and help. No it's not easy being an engineer, no it's not all that fun, it's boring, I'm sitting in the courtyard of 2fort while others are actually fighting. But it's all worth it because I know deep down I'm appreciated for my work. Those assholes that can't take my whining over getting my shit broken, have NEVER EVER known the stress and hardships of playing Engie.

Engineer takes a lot of patience because for a solid 20 minutes nothing can happen to you and you're doing fuck all, and then you feel like screwing about and the second you even look away, a hoard of demomen, soldiers, spies, and all that guff come swarming in and wreck your shit, only for the process to be repeated over and over again I like playing Engineer because deep down I'm a masochist

They immediately sprayed porn everywhere and started to erp in the fucking text chat using chat binds, I'm guessing they're regulars on that server because as soon as they joined someone said "welp, the furries have arrived" and about half the server left. I just want to meet one goddamn person in the furry community that isn't fucking insane.

There's a time and place for everything and tf2 is no place for your fetishes.

On this topic I wonder where foot fetishists are hiding. Why is there not a huge subculture of foot worship and sprays of appropriatelly dressed people walking barefoot.

As an Engie I try to keep my back to a corner or a wall at all times to avoid backstabbings. All it takes is one slip, one distraction and [b]BAM![/b] Backstabbed, shit sapped, no one to save your sentries, enemy team steamrolls and grabs all three intels and wins round. It can happen that quickly.

You'd only get money by participating and winning in high-level LANs and tournaments. Though I might be wrong, because I've never played comp myself, even though I've always wanted to try it.

People who only say gg when they win get under my skin. This is only partially related to the fact that like 90% of them main Gunslinger.

It just needs to find the correct memory address being used as storage for the injected code and voila! They'll slip up eventually - all programs do.

Unless you're playing in a high level league (with regular seasons and stuff) or you play in an occasional fun tournament (like the Ultiduo tourneys) don't expect to profit off comp TF2 It's for fun

I never take it out when we need a real sentry defense.

Very nice set btw, replaced all three listed cosmetics with it. Really hope that it would get in soon.
