• If you could put one new weapon in any class - What would it be?

A tent for the medic. Takes 3 times longer than to set up a teleporter. Burning instantly destroys it. Anyone who enters it with a medic inside is fully healed with an overheal. Kinda seems OP but it encourages retreating for health, VALVe wanted that now didn't they?

I had the idea for a medigun that disabled all combat weapons but had damage resistance and an AOE healing uber, but I had another idea. Medic healing "vial" to take up some slot. It's a throwable like Jarate, and when it breaks, it heals all friendlies in the radius until it disappears. It could last a good ten seconds, heal at a decent rate, and have a recharge like the Jarate. Not sure which slot it would replace (Primary, maybe?) and I'm not sure what downside there could be (besides it replacing primary.)

Nailgun. I really want to see this as a weapon, as I never played the TF2 beta.

I want the scout to get that Catcher's Mitt he was supposed to have instead of Bonk.
The real sandman. That, and a short bow alternate for the huntsmen. Annnd, a louger for the medic, he deserves a real gun.
